How can I download stories that I created?

You can download the stories on the web app only.

1. Log in to app.lifetales.com and download the story by clicking on the "..." button on the top right of any story that you want to download.

   

2. A link to download the story will be sent to your email within a few minutes. The downloaded story will be in a compressed ".zip" format, so it's best to download it on a computer. Once downloaded, double click the zip file to decompress it so you can view the story.
3. You'll be able to look at your entire story in your browser, along with any comments. In addition, if you want one of your individual media files, you'll be able to find them in one of the folders.
